Together they have made a difference. they made a case and as equals did this for over 5,000 children in Orange County This is the Mendez Et Al westminster Et Al. 1945-1947 UNIFIED,TOGETHERNESS, JUSTIFIED The Present 2024 SEPARATED, UNEQUAL and DIVIDED“SEPARATE IS NEVER EQUAL” what happened to that slogan? That's why we're here today, if we cannot mend this separation, then we will continue to share our struggles that went down waay back in 1945-47; it was 5 Compas, Amigos, brave and bold parents, Filed a Class Action d the Mendez Et Al Westminster Et Al. The segregation took place in OC amongst our Mexican American children in 4 school districts 77 years ago. The struggle was real and friendly and the men met up for meetings in secret, they all had the same lawyer David C. Marcus filed a class action suit, all attended testified and they all had their own roads to pave.. After a couple years they continued, and appealed, until finally the case won in their favor to end the struggle for Mexican rights and equality in 1947. This is todays topic. Ridiculously this case being a historical legacy, the Et Als of The case, are still 95% of the time are not known by anything short of “" the other families. By now we should be known and in an active status and share the honors along side the family who primarily do not care obviously wish to be Segregated!.. Can it be an understanding that we should be known by name by now, right? I mean there's only 4 people PLEASE! Many Writers, Authors, Historians barely mention “the other 4 families”. And must be coached before hand. I believe when you exclude, you exclude! But that doesn't make it right. Again that's why we are here to re educate our world our communities with the proper and full factual stories of The GUZMAN, PALOMINO, RAMIREZ, and ESTRADAs. Today were all deeply involved in this CLASS ACTION case and just as equal as the other, How did the Et Al. Get left off and replaced with a (VS) IN THE NAME OF THE CASE , (VS) SHOULD ONLY then PERTAIN TO THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER, NO Wait, the Estradas were in court representing Westminster also. What the heeeeck happened? 77 years later we gather again to deliver individual family testimony because of the facts that throughout all these years, certain documents, articles, Authors, journalists,, personal friends promoted them as singular.and glorified a particular self proclaimed ‘storyteller’ (she proclaims this herself) while the rest of the plaintiffs have received next to no recognition as if we just drifted out into oblivion!

Let's reopen the case today so you can share this entire historical event with your children, students, teens, educators, pull up your history pants books out and modify the pages.or insert transcripts and call it Segregation.
