Dr. Mendoza has allowed his decisions to benefit the largest health care facilities in the area. He has a clear conflict of interest working for URMC as well as Rochester Regional Health. This has remained unchecked for the past three years. He followed blindly governmental mandates that have been proven false, and caused tremendous harm to our children, elderly and health care providers.

The legislators will be meeting this Tuesday August 23, 2022 to discuss the approval of his reappointment. We demand the proper channels are gone through and a committee is formed to canvas for other potential candidates that are not tied to the two biggest health care systems. 

Checks and balances are key to ensuring proper government, not back room appointments that do not consider other possibilities. We can already see the groundwork being laid for additional overreach as we head into September. 

DEMAND the Legislators do NOT allow this to go through and a canvas is done and that Mendoza is held accountable for his actions.
