The Blue Springs School District for Blue Springs, MO recently adopted a new policy on phones this of which allows for the district to suspend students for taking a picture with anyone else but themselves for 3-10 days. Also, apart of this new policy if you are caught taking a picture the district can take your phone as "evidence". Which could be considered unlawful seizure of property.  Currently it's not on the website for whatever reason. It is however still in affect.
