The Issue

  1. The citizens of the commonwealth, the new black and white ID and drivers license are a biometrical system. But the colored licenses were better at identifying the citizens of Kentucky.Because the IDs were colored they could identify eye color,hair color ,and race.                                                                      
  2. When you go online and try to apply for a chime, cashapp, and PayPal they use your ID to identify you, but the black and white ID messes with the use of facial scan. But with a colored ID the facial scan can work better because there is you hair color eye color and race on a colored ID stop that problem.
  3. This could be stopped so if you sign this petition you can stop the production of the black and white ID
