Commissioners Dean, Whitehurst, Alaimo and Arnold's hand-picked attorney delivered a report this week claiming Commissioner Joseph violated election law, whereupon Joseph's attorney filed a lawsuit against the four. It cited a Supreme Court case affirming her right to speak freely on questions of government policy.

Both attorneys will be attending and likely presenting their cases at the Tuesday, Jan. 16  Board of County Commissioners meeting at time certain 1 PM at the County Auditorium, 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine. We encourage you to attend and give public comment in support of Commissioner Joseph who is standing up for her first amendment right to free speech. She is the lone voice on the county commission for slowing the growth in the fastest growing county in Florida.
