Fight for St. Johns CountySt. Augustine, FL, United States
Dec 22, 2023

Two weeks after the absurd censure of Krista Joseph, we’ve heard nothing but crickets chirping from the pricey lawyer who was hired with OUR tax dollars to conduct a witch hunt against Krista.  That high-priced attorney apparently hasn’t found anything on Krista, nor will he.

Meanwhile, Commissioners Dean, Whitehurst, Arnold and Alaimo have been slammed in public comments for violating Krista’s constitutional rights to due process and free speech, for not giving notice to the public on the censure, and more. Ringleader Henry Dean walked out of the auditorium in the middle of a St. Augustine Beach commissioner’s public comment that called out the censuring commissioners for violating multiple laws. An attorney herself, the commissioner/former mayor called their behavior orchestrated, politically motivated, petty and vindictive. (That’s business as usual for those four.) She said they turned “innocent until proven guilty” upside down by not determining if there was guilt before voting to censure.   Also, see how Henry Dean hypocritically endorsed an election referendum in the very same auditorium a year ago, here.

Henry Dean and his buddies certainly got themselves into a pickle. Their lawyer (that we paid for) will have to marinate on this for awhile.

Let’s make our Christmas present to Krista five more signatures for each of us who signed.  You can email this link:  https://chng.it/CCYVCxNS7s  to five friends in St. Johns County, and ask them to sign the petition. (More than five is even better.)  Post the link on your Facebook or Twitter pages too. No donations needed. Just sign and share.

And if you want to clean up St. Johns County, then vote the developer-funded commissioners out of office, August 20th. Krista endorses Ann-Marie Evans, Ann Taylor and Bill Freeman.
