The 1 PM time certain agenda item in which one or both attorneys were expected to speak about the wrongful censure of Commissioner Krista Joseph at today's Board of County Commissioners' Meeting was just CANCELLED by County Attorney David Migut. He said this was due to Commissioner Joseph's lawsuit being filed. We should have been given earlier notice by the county.

If you still wish to give a public comment about the censure, you can do so during non-agenda public comments at the end of the commissioners meeting, right before commissioner reports.  Unfortunately, we do not have a time certain for that, so if you come after lunch, you would have to wait for that public comment period.  

There's another time for non-agenda public comments, at 11:30, time (usually) certain, though show up by 11 to be safe. This time period only allows 10 public comments. The public comment period at the end of the day allows more than 10 people to speak.
