We are a group of property owners and supporters that voice our concerns and objections to the proposed cell phone tower. The proposed cell phone tower would be an  unsightly addition to our community, which will negatively affect the value and marketability of our homes and other properties in the communities, pose health risks to our residents as well as disrupt our Rookery and natural wildlife habitat.  In addition, based on the P.U.D ordinance and the declarations of deed restrictions, we believe the application for the opposed tower should be denied.

LIVING STONE CHURCH whose current location is on Magnolia Street (North of town) run by Lead Pastor CHRIS COMFORT and Executive Pastor DAN COZART, purchased property along Shores blvd., where they plan to build their church. In addition, they plan to lease a portion of their land to T-mobile who will erect a 170 foot cell tower adjacent to a Rookery and neighboring homes. They stand to profit from the leasing arrangement to the detriment of us Residents in St Augustine Shores as well as our Rookery and wildlife.

We understand the importance of cell service and it's need but we believe that there are better ways to achieve this without jeopardizing our health, safety, rookery/wildlife, community aesthetics and property values. We the residents of this community and supporters implore our local governing bodies to oppose the special use permit for a tower at this location.
