Please support this nomination and contact the ELAP Board and the IRC Commissioners directly. The approval and purchase of this plot would cause the Monster Hotel to not be built directly on the shore of the lagoon and prevent storm water and traffic issues. Your involvement could be a win win for everyone in the county and City of Sebastian.

This parcel may be (or was) the most pristine parcel on Indian River Dr within 90 yards of the Sebastian City limit.
The nomination included a proposed incentive for Wynne Building Corp to move hotel plans to their 4 acre plot on US Highway 1 which would be a win win for all.
That would allow the Wynne Building Corp to proceed with the hotel on a more accessible and desirable parcel in North County.
The nomination would include naming the park site for the recently deceased Joel Wynne.
We have learned that this nomination has made it past the initial phase and will be considered in future review phases by the Committee.
