The unlawful deportation is ruining lives all around the country. Thousands of students have had their visas unlawfully revoked just for supporting their beliefs. Many more have been sent to Columbian prison for no credible reason. Family's have been broken because of the unreasonable deportation.

The reason for all of these deportation is the Alien Enemies Act. This Act allows the Trump Administration to deport anyone supporting an enemy country. College Students who have been protesting against Israel have been deported despite their first amendment right to assemble. Other green card or visa holders have been deported for "suspicion" of being in gang that can often be arbitrary.

Now is the time to act. Judges around the country are already taking a stand against this deportation of immigrants but Trump is using this act to go around them. Removing this act will keep families together and get rid of fear in immigrants across the country.
