We are elated to inform all of our supporters that the deal between Covenant Health and Day Kimball Healthcare has fallen through.  Covenant  Health has withdrawn their application sighting financial difficulties.

Thank to all who supporter our efforts.  There is no doubt in our mind that the community outrage against this acquisition played a big part in the outcome.  

We will continue to update you moving forward,  Day Kimball is still in need of help and we are still committed to saving them.  Onward!
