Oppose the 19 Story Building at 125-129 South Linden Drive

The Issue

Preserve Our Investments and Health: Reject the 19-Story Building to Safeguard Property Values, Financial Stability, and Resident Well-being, Especially for Elderly and Residents with Disabilities, and Address Limited Parking and Construction Impact Concerns

As concerned residents of 141 South Linden Drive, we are facing a multitude of threats posed by the proposed 19-story building next to our homes. Not only does this development jeopardize our property values and hinder owners from selling their condos, but it also raises serious health concerns due to air and noise pollution hazards. Additionally, the proposed  building's location on a fault line heightens earthquake risks, further endangering the safety and well-being of our community, especially for our elderly and residents with disabilities. Furthermore, the limited parking provisions for the hotel and apartments in the proposed building exacerbate congestion issues and disrupt the residential parking ecosystem. The proposed multi-year construction process involving large heavy vehicles poses a significant threat to the safety, tranquility, and infrastructure of our neighborhood. The impact of this equipment on the area, including the noise and air pollution, road damage, and safety hazards, further compounds our worries and stresses.

Please reject this ill conceived project.
