According to the latest update from the California Secretary of State, the application appears to be in good standing, and they are proceeding with further actions. We can anticipate receiving information about the status of the intention to recall application within the next two weeks.
Once the intention to recall stage is successfully completed, our attorney will move forward with filing the actual recall application. During this phase, we will have a window of 5 months and 10 days to collect 42,800 verifiable signatures, out of a total of 503,000 people in Senator Wahab's district.
