It's truly disheartening to witness the passing of SB403 bill in the CA Assembly, which specifically affects Indian Americans. This bill's progression to the Governor's desk for potential enactment into law is concerning.

The language within SB403 lacks an impartial tone. While we collectively stand against all kinds of discrimination, it's evident that SB403 seems tailored to adversely impact and harm the professional prospects of Indian Americans and their children.
