Well, that was a farce of a public hearing

So the planning commission that advises the Council voted to approve the new proposal with an extension to July 22nd WHERE an amendment of the Comprehensive plan will be discussed. The planning Commission took the time to explain to us residents how progress is needed, and they also needed to protect Future residents from the airport, and therefore needed to put job numbers they found too difficult to put anywhere else in all of the landscape of Burien. You know, those empty buildings around town being so filled with jobs-they had no better place to look but our fair and all residential neighborhood, and that will solve it! If everyone in city staff is using the Comprehensive Plan as the reason for this rezoning- people need to request an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan as it stands.
