Update on our First Neighborhood meeting!

You all showed up and spoke out and I am energized by the momentum of this neighborhood! THANK YOU everyone that took the time to come to our little gathering! This is our neighborhood, and it’s clear that the people that call this place home care very much in our future here. I’ll update with a calendar of engagement soon so everyone knows how, when, and where to lend their voice, or just presence, to this unwanted burden. This takes the WHOLE neighborhood to push back on this, every voice and contribution is crucial in letting the Council members and Mayor know how we feel about this. A lot of people wanted to know about the next neighborhood meeting as well, and I will update as soon as I have a date for that! Also, we’re having yard signs done for who wants to have them. Visibility is key! Feel free to honk if you see me on the scooter going around to inform more neighbors about this takeover!
