Hey, we have a neighborhood website now! We are calling this the Cedarhurst Neighborhood, to define our zone the city calls North of NERA, apart from the rest of Boulevard Park. We are a 100% residential with giant tree canopy next to Seactac park, and not an “opportunity zone” ~ www.CedarhurstNeighborhood.com ~ We have more information on our position with the rezoning proposal, with more to research and read why we think there are far better alternatives to an Industrial Designation rezone.
