Outside of multi units in small area, I fear more flooding issues.  I remember one time when a neighbor had to walk through water that was above her waist to get to her house.  During a hurricane, my pond and my neighbors pond became one pond and the water lacked only about an inch before it would come into my house.  My yard has a lot of standing water even when not a hurricane.  All it takes is a heavy rain for my yard to have standing water.  Added traffic will also be a big concern and potentially Turtle mound Road will be made 4 lane in order to handle the traffic and will also add to accident potential.  The ditches in some areas are very deep and close to the road.  If traffic causes a driver to need to move over to avoid an accident in one of those areas, that car is going to wind up deep in the ditch.  I picked living in this area due to the "country" feel to it.  That country feel will be lost.
