It's not just a place; it's a community filled with memories and a sense of belonging. But now, our serene and tightly-knit community in North Forsyth County is under threat from rezoning application ZA 4301, which proposes to squeeze 201 new homes on only 136 acres of land.  With entrances off of Sewell Rd. and Watson Rd, this is a disaster in the making. 

Rezoning not only threatens to drastically change the character of our area but also poses severe implications for our daily lives. Increased traffic congestion, the strain on local resources, and the loss of green spaces will negatively affect our quality of life. 

The proposed subdivision will also obscure our local landscape, overshadowing the charm and agricultural significance of the area. It's heartbreaking to imagine our rural landscape invaded by yet another subdivision.

We advocate for sustainable development that respects our community's needs and heritage. We urge the Forsyth County Planning Commission to carefully reconsider the implications of this rezoning application.
