As a member of this community, I am deeply concerned about the potential consequences of this development. The introduction of an RV park in this designated agricultural and silvicultural area will lead to irreversible destruction of the natural habitat. The deforestation required for this project endangers the local flora and fauna, compelling wildlife to relocate or perish.

Additionally, the development will negatively impact the nearby lakes and water bodies. The increase in foot traffic, waste production, and potential pollution will compromise water quality and disrupt the delicate balance of these ecosystems.

Moreover, the introduction of an RV park could significantly alter traffic patterns, contributing to congestion and increased risk of accidents on Highway 77, a crucial artery for local and through traffic. The noise pollution and constant movement of vehicles will become a burden for nearby residents and local commuters.

Property values of adjacent lands could see a decline with this proposed development. The presence of a commercial RV park will alter the character and appeal of our largely rural community, potentially dissuading future residents and harming current property investments.

This proposal does not align with the values and needs of our community. By opposing this development, we protect our lands, our property values, and our way of life.
