The RI State legislature has heard, and is holding in committee, several bills that propose the creation of Perpetual Contracts, Binding Arbitration, and Property Rights for Pension Benefits for many Public Sector employees.  None of these proposals is in the best interests of the taxpaying public.  To tell Senate Leaders M.
