Council Confirm Eligibility Details for Paper Visitor Parking Permits

Dear valued supporters

The County Council published an update (https://news.oxfordshire.gov.uk/paper-visitor-parking-permits/) on their website last week confirming that paper visitor parking permits will be made available on a case by case basis. To request paper visitor parking permits please contact the council on 01865 519800. 

We have submitted a Freedom Of Information request, and obtained the current conditions on who will be elidable

1. The applicant does not have an email address
2. The applicant does not have access to/unable to use a smart phone, tablet or
   computer
3. The applicant does not have a relative/friend that can assist them with the
   creation of an account/use digital visitor permits on their behalf

We see from your comments that some people may continue to be effected and may not meet the criteria. We will continue to press the council to adopt a wider set of criteria.
