Jarnes will move into the space, likely paint it black as always, hang a piece of art on the walls and say he's contributing to our district. Within his real estate office, he will continue his practice of inflating rent beyond comprehension, further destroying tenants' ability to realistically pay rent--commercial and residential alike. His greed will continue. He will double down. He will try to stick it to our community, proving his power.
