The proposed redevelopment zone will urbanize our township.  Creating massive traffic congestion, air pollution, water pollution, decline in property values and destruction of the quality of life for residents.  This rezoning will open the township up to polluting industries not allowed under existing zoning.

It will also result in residents losing their homes to enable widening of roads.  No eyesores exist in this proposed redevelopment zone. 

Threatened and endangered species live in the forests that cover most of this area.   The passage of this redevelopment zone on 380 acres of woods, farm, homes and an existing business, will open up other areas of the township to be sacrificed for more redevelopment zones to feed an ever increasing failure of the township officials to control wasteful spending.

We need to protect our residents and solve financial issues with solutions that will not destroy our rural character and quality of life.
