Jason Brown tortured, killed, dismembered at least five dogs after adopting them through Craiglist. He was sentenced to 28 years in prison in 2015 in Nevada, United States, after he was convicted of recording himself killing, torturing, beheading and dismembering dogs in his motel room.

The criminal claimed he couldn’t remember anything because he was on drugs, but after the judge, the lawyers and a detective watched the videos, they listened how Brown was talking about taking the dogs to his “House of Pain” and making them into a fur coat. They also saw the torturing and skinning of the animals.

He was arrested in 2014, in a Reno motel room where police found four dog heads in the mini fridge.

The audio was described as incredibly emotional, including squeals from the dogs and sounds from knives or blades clinking together. The video was filmed by Brown and two of his friends. One of them says that if he gets caught he will go to jail for “like four years”.

NOW this man is consider non violent and since his crimes were commited to dogs and non humans, he should have been released in 2019. In Nevada’s state law, dogs are considered personal property, so he says his conviction was legally incorrect.

"Animals are treated as personal property under Nevada law," department spokesman Bill Quenga said, adding that a designation of violence according to the law can only be made when the victim is human.

Nevada Parole Board hearing is set for April 11, 2022, to consider his possible release.

"Please note, however, parole eligibility does not guarantee an offender release on parole," Quenga said.

In the recordings he EXPLICITLY says that pugs sound like children.

PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION TO MAKE SURE THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE RELEASED, THIS MAN IS DANGEROUS AND A MENACE TO SOCIETY. WE NEED TO CHANGE THE WAY WE VIEW ANIMALS.

PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION FROM WHENEVER YOU ARE. THIS CRIME IS A SIGN FOR PSICOPATHY, MURDER AND THE MAKING OF A SERIAL KILLER ALL AROUND THE WORLD NOT JUST NEVADA.
