My name is Aman Bhola, an Indian engineer who went to Kuwait with hopes of a better future. Instead, I became a victim of labour exploitation, physical assault, and legal retaliation by my employer — Messila / United Engineering Services — a contractor on a government ministry project.

🔴 I was assaulted by company staff at company flat and later by police officers at police station in Kuwait.

🔴 I was illegally terminated on 12 March 2024 after declining to withdraw a complaint for Burgan Bank ATM card theft by a company employee without my end-of-service letter — a legal right in Kuwait.

🔴 I filed a labour complaint at Kuwait’s Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) on 17 March 2024

My employer retaliated by filing a fake absconding case on 08 April 2024 using vasta, resulting in an arrest warrant issued against me.

🔴 I was assaulted at Fintas Police Station, humiliated, and denied legal assistance. Proof of abuse includes CCTV footage, medical reports, and voice recordings.

Kuwait police headquarters officials helped me file the case after 10 days of assault.
