Oppose curtailing The Troubadour's garden and closing time license
The Issue
The Troubadour has a history as a grassroots music venue and pillar of the community for over 70 years and is currently under untoward pressure to alter its licensing arrangement.
If pressure from a miniscule number of local residents continues, The Troubadour will lose it's garden license and, in turn, vital revenue that keeps it afloat. At a time when London's nightlife culture is already under such pressure, to lose a historic venue such as this would be a travesty not only for Earl's Court and the wider Chelsea community, but also the city as a whole.
