The community of Wilding Pointe, Kensington, Bronk Farms Subdivisions strongly oppose the proposed development of 36 apartment homes in three buildings planned for the property east of Van Dyke Road and north of Norwood Drive in Plainfield, IL. This development is located in Will County on parcels PIN 07-01-29-101-005-0000 and 07-01-33-200-002-0000.

This development poses significant concerns for our community. One major issue is the increased traffic congestion that will result from an influx of residents into an already crowded area.
