The Petition brings to the attention of Council the serious concerns of residents in Prospect regarding the size and scale of the proposed Prospect Lifestyle Precinct (PLP). 

The undersigned petitioners request the Council to take immediate action to do the following:

1. Scrap the current PLP Masterplan and stop the Community Land Revocation and Code Amendment.

2. Develop alternative low and medium density Masterplan proposals which are lower cost, height and scale than the current PLP Masterplan.

3. Take these alternative options to residents to vote on in a new round of community consultation with full costing and impacts and strictly adhere to that community feedback.

We, the undersigned, wish to submit the following petition to Council. We understand that a petition submitted to Council is a public document and may be published.
