On Tuesday, March 12th of 2026, 3 pitbulls belonging to 45 year old Raelee Lowe of Shermansdale Perrycounty, got out of her motel Room in Danville Pa. 2 of the 3 pitbulls attacked and killed another dog and also attacked and injured the 52 year old dogs owner! The 3 pitbulls that escaped are named Oracle (Black and White)  Bertha (Brown and white) and Pete (Grey/blue and white)

 From the first hand witness they have stated Pete ran and hid once the attack started by the other dogs 2, Oracle and Bertha. The dog they attacked was named Belle! The owner of belle is pressing charges against Lowe. Due to Pa dog law they will only make Lowe muzzle and leash the dogs. 

 I should add in, Lowe is my estranged mother and I know for a fact she will not leash or muzzle those dogs and this situation will most likely happen again if we do not get these animals away from her! I helped raise Pete since he was five weeks old. Bertha and Oracle came from a backyard breeder situation she caused. There were nine puppies in the litter and I raised all of them! 

My main mission is to rescue and remove all 3 dogs from this horrible situation! We already lost one poor animal dude to Raelee’s negligence! Let’s not let it happen again! For the past year and a half she has been jumping from motel to motel and campsite to campsite with these 3 pitbulls and has caused a lot of stress on them. 

I’m not blaming the dogs for the attack. I blame Lowe for her actions and abuse towards these dogs! These dogs have not been trained properly. Bertha and Oracle are only three years old, they have just turned three back on March 3rd. And Pete turned 6 back in October. They’re all very healthy, young dogs that deserve a loving and very attentive home. They need a lot of work and rehabilitation!
