The town of Toora struggles enough. Free or by donation camping brings so much extra revenue to all the town. It is not competing with existing business' as most of these travellers are self sufficient, or hunting for cheap options. I'm wanting to get numbers together so that the shire understand it's worth and hopefully invest in a safe dump point (as this seems to be the main concern)
