With the temperatures well below freezing ,and no way to warm themselves. 

We are asking Mayor Byron Champlin to open a warming center for the Homeless as well as low income folks who cannot afford to go into stores or eateries to try to keep warm.

Mayor,  you have stated that there has been no warming centers because our winters have been milder. They no longer are mild(er).

People are going to perish outside in this weather if you do not do something. Even one lost unnecessary is one too many.

Mayor, you alone have the power to prevent this.

We the people are demanding you take immediate action and open a warming center before it's too late.
