Isn’t that disgusting and so sad that he could not check for his lost pet! 

Let’s let our Orange County board of Supervisors know that we will no longer accept our tax dollars going toward a shelter (OC Animal Care) that refuses to take in friendly lost cats and who discontinued the Trap/Neuter/Return of feral neighborhood cats (to slow down the thousands of kittens born in our streets every year).  We must let them know that killing scared dogs is NOT humane animal treatment!  Neither is locking up frightened dogs in a kennel, without exposure to walks, play yards or a behaviorist to help with decompression, until the dog is deemed “behavior” and killed. This shelter’s mismanagement is overwhelming the rescues and it only gets worse with time. 

LA was successful in getting the attention of their council members. PLEASE WRITE TO THE OC BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOW!
