The Oaks shopping centre has kept its toilets locked most of the time since it opened in 2016. This is difficult for families with small children, older and disabled persons amongst others. The nearest public facilities are in Morrisons supermarket. That is too far away for shoppers at the Oaks. We are politely asking for Oaks Managerment to review its policy immediately and open its facilities
