Open the Dulwich Village Junction to vulnerable road-users such as Blue Badge holders, car
The Issue
Despite a report by a Southwark Council Highways Officer in November 2021, Dulwich Village junction is the only junction in the area which does not allow vulnerable road-users such as Blue Badge holders, carers, health-workers and SEND vehicles through.
We petition Southwark Council to open the Dulwich Village Junction to these road-users immediately.
