Highway road at Singhu Border has been closed by Delhi Police / Haryana Police by cement Barricading since past 2 months. 
Farmer protest is happening in Punjab, 240 km away from singhu border Delhi  Highway has been closed in anticipation of farmers coming to Delhi. No farmers sitting anywhere near Delhi. 

Millions of commuters, locals,residents & businesses are badly affected as the highway traffic has to move from the narrow service lane  Resulting in hours of daily jams.  Time & fuel wastage Pollution and monetary losses. 

Honable Supreme Court has said during previous farmer protest that roads cannot be blocked for long. 
Home ministry and the Delhi Police commissioner may have a duty to maintain law & order. But for How long they will keep the highway shut just in anticipation. And why do they have to use such ancient techniques to close the roads. They can use new age equipment's like road bollards etc. which can be used when required. 

The fundamental rights of millions of commuters and locals of free movement is being taken away by the impractical policies of the current Government.
