Currently our animals shelters are open by appointment only. The appointment process is slow and unorganized. The hours appointments are allowed are making it very difficult for people to see the animals. Meanwhile animals are being killed for no other reason than people can’t see them to adopt them. Please help us save these poor animals by making ocas open their doors to everyone.  Thank you!!
