Black lives matter that’s a fact all lives also matters but we need to make everybody in power to reopen cases involving the death of people by the police . The statue of limiting on wrongful death should not the reason to stop states from opening up cases involving police officers. People should be able to obtain a lawyer and cases that involve their love ones they lost to the police . I’m not a political speaker or none of that I just know that the right person would understand what I’m trying to say and have cases reopen per love ones request. My brother was killed dec.17,2011 he was in the army on his way back to his base and was killed by va deputies on the highway near hopewell the investigation was sloppy and we as a family didn’t get the closure we needed to get. So hopefully this can’t get in the right person hands and everybody will start receiving answer and justice for their love ones that had been taking by police officers
