Around the area of Greater Manchester, including Wythenshawe, police stations do not have enough officers available to be present 24 hours in case of emergency. Whilst there is a contact button outside police stations, there is no guarantee of a response. For example, a lady in dire need of help had to wait an hour and forty minutes until she was seen. This should not be happening, and we need your help to fix this.Domestic abuse and violence has always been a concern in our society and something we wish to tackle. 1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men are victims of domestic abuse. To tackle this 9C from AGGS YR9 and Wythenshawe SafeSpots have come together and made this petition to ensure their safety. The more signs we get, the more awareness and change we bring. Thank you
