Residents have already paid their CAM charges for previous quarter. The money is lying in Bank Account controlled by Unitech. AOA has already requested Unitech officials several times to release the payments of various vendors. For them, survival of 50 odd people does not matter.

From 01.01.2023, since when AOA has started maintenance, AOA wants to pay these poor souls directly from money collected by the residents for common areas maintenance. Unitech is not allowing that either.
