Smearing people who raise issues of abuse or wrongdoing is exactly how child abuse was covered up in the first place.
Please read the debate below to increase understanding of how those who bravely come forward about child abuse are often silenced through intimidation and threats. They are rendered voiceless, often by middle aged men in uniform or, in my experience, grey suits who bully and intimate children who are 3 times younger than themselves. Why do they do it? One of them was asked this question and he answered ‘because I can’. I guess it gives them an ego boost when they terrify and break children’s minds. The damage is irreversible.
Apologies are still required in 2025, because the consequences of their harmful needless actions are still living in the traumatised minds and bodies of those they targeted and traumatised for fun decades ago.
Trauma does not sleep.
