Cuts to public media funds are considered stealing. Trump is not clawing back, he is stealing. Defunding public media should be considered a crime and imagine the pain and suffering PBS and NPR are going through right now. I am urging you to open an inquiry on the 2025 recissions act in the public media funding to consider whether those funding cuts to public media are considered a crime. Jay Sherman of The Critic says "It stinks!' and defunding public media really stinks. This seems to be a SCAM that Trump had planned to get revenge on PBS & NPR he had been planning for some time.

I am not talking about the funding cuts to USAID in the 2025 Recissions Act as that is not an important issue, I am talking about the Public Media funding cuts of this Recissions Act which is the BIG issue. Public Media funding is in limbo. Avid television watchers are at risk of losing their public television and radio listeners are at risk of losing their public radio. It is not government waste, it is the essentials for educational purposes. The vote was rigged by President Trump and what is happening is not good and the impacts will be devastating. Trump had tricked the Congress into defunding PBS & NPR despite not knowing what will happen if PBS & NPR get defunded. The impact is a disaster and PBS & NPR are suffering. Despite some of the Congress trying to oppose it, Trump refused to take no for an answer. Already stations are feeling the impact and are in need of help big time and some are closing and some are disaffiliating with PBS. The Corporation For Public Broadcasting which was made by Lydon B. Johnson (LBJ) is gone as a result. PBS & NPR want their funding back and a successor to the Corporation For Public Broadcasting will come forth and avenge the honor of its predecessor with a twist which is anyone who threatens to defund public media (especially the president) will be subject to fines. PBS & NPR are in limbo thanks to Trump as a result of this SCAM. This inquiry will be labeled "The Public Media Funding Theft Report" as Trump really stole the funding to get revenge on PBS and NPR for PBS Newshour and NPR news reports on the Hunter Biden scandal. This is what is really at stake and those impacted are mostly rural stations and other stations and already the impacts are hitting very hard. The FBI and members of the congress who either voted no on the Recissions Act or didn't vote on the Recissions Act must investigate whether or not the Recissions Act on the Public Media funding portion was intended as a cover for a SCAM Trump had planned to get revenge on PBS & NPR by stealing their funds. If the Recissions Act contained a logical reason to defund PBS & NPR, then the Congress would have really clawed back the funding with a reason to other than debating it. If it didn't contain a logical reason to defund PBS & NPR, then Trump really did indeed steal those funds illegally and used the congress as unwitting aids to abet to defunding public media rendering it a SCAM. The Ready To Learn program has been terminated by Trump putting kids and families in jeopardy also as a way to get revenge on PBS and NPR for PBS Newshour and NPR News reports of the scandal by former President and Vice President Joe Biden's son Hunter and Trump thinks that by doing that, children would be saved but in reality he is really putting kids at risk of not learning from public television and has already insulted PBS Kids shows like Sesame Street, Mister Rogers' Neighborhood and Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood by stating they are poisoning kid's minds. Trump is criticizing all PBS shows claiming them to be news shows that are poison everybody's minds. Even the films of Ken Burns are being criticized by Trump as biased and woke. Defunding public media is like taking candy from a baby with the baby being PBS & NPR and the candy being the funds. PBS & NPR are NOT woke and they are NOT biased and their programs are NOT woke propaganda disguised as news. I want this investigated big time. The only ones in control of Public Media funding is The Congress and The Congress alone. Any U.S. president is NOT AUTHORISED TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH PUBLIC MEDIA which of course is red tape that protects the funding from any U.S. president and yet Trump found a way to get past the red tape to get public media defunded and something is not right. Some have tried to defund public media in the past but failed. One attempt by Trump to get Public Media defunded was to order the Corporation For Public Broadcasting to stop funding PBS and NPR but that didn't work and it blew up in his face. I truly believe that what Trump did was an illegal textbook maneuver. This investigation will also determine whether or not the votes were rigged by Trump much like how he lost the 2020 election to which he claims the votes were rigged. This will determine whether Trump gave members of the congress special ear pieces so that he can communicate with them telling them to vote yes no matter what and whether or not Trump used AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the votes to get PBS & NPR defunded. He did use social media to tell Congress to vote or lose support and that is one possible reason for the votes to be rigged. This investigation will also determine if Trump sent spies to every PBS and NPR station in America to spy on them and report back to him claiming the programs are bias and woke in order to add to the pressure. This inquiry also treat the Recissions Act on The Public Media Funds Portion as a hate crime since it is really a hate crime. Defunding public media is a blessing for Trump and a curse for public media. If only Trump would of met with Congress BEFORE bringing up the act to them, they would simply said no to Public Media funding cuts and killed it. The fate of public media funding is on the line. Defunding public media is NOT A GAME. The REAL GOVERNMENT WASTE is the RECISSION ACT ITSELF which turns what was funded into government waste. This act on the public media funding portion itself is also a SCAM. Funding for PBS & NPR must be saved before serious consequences happen. King Of The Hill character Dale Gribble has a conspiracy that the Recissions Acts for public media funding is really a cover for a SCAM the president has been planning to get revenge on PBS & NPR for their news coverage on the Hunter Biden scandal and in a matter that is illegal by tricking the congress into voting on the act all without a logical reason into why public media should be defunded. The 2018 Recissions Act did pass the house but the senate blocked it from passing and that Recissions Act DID NOT even involve public media funding at all. The senate blocked that to teach Trump a lesson back in his first term. If only the senate would of taken public media funding off the menu in the 2025 Recissions Acts and replace it with something else or block the Recissions Act, PBS & NPR would have never gotten into this mess. But Trump didn't want public media funding cuts blacked out, he wanted to make the congress make the Recissions Act pass as he planned so that he could steal the funds. $1.1 Billion for PBS & NPR funding went down the drain and stolen by Trump and this seems to be a true congressional political SCAM disguised as budget reform that Trump had planned. LBJ must be spinning in his grave thanks to Trump who is now soiling on LBJ's grave disrespecting him and insulting PBS Kids shows big time and to make matters worse all PBS shows like This Old House, Nova and Antiques Roadshow. Now, people are calling Trump: "The Public Media Bandit" for what he did to PBS & NPR. I want to have Judge Jackie Glass who was on the 2nd season of Swift Justice and best known for putting O.J. Simpson in prison to be the judge for the court case of this SCAM on PBS and NPR funding. This inquiry must be kept top secret from Trump until after the reports are finished. Recently what we learned that what Trump did was an illegal 1st amendment violation when a judge permanently struck down the order Trump signed in May of 2025 to make all federal companies stop funding PBS & NPR , meaning now is the perfect time to get an inquiry opened up to dive deeper into this SCAM to which Trump will soon regret doing and get PBS & NPR back on track as there is nothing more Trump can do to public media funding or PBS & NPR.

It is time to open up an inquiry to this mess to see whether the president is stealing from public media in this SCAM and no I am NOT calling for an impeachment, I am calling for an investigation on the Public Media Funding portion of the Recissions Act or as I call it a stealing act. Since Trump can't go to jail, he will face big fines if Trump is found guilty. PBS & NPR will be part of this inquiry and in a court of law if Trump is found guilty he will return those funds regardless of whether or not those funds were stolen and will do that whether he likes it or not. I am not a bad man. I just have concerns about the president and that he has gone a little too far. Now is the time to act. If congress can't restore PBS & NPR funding, Judge Jackie Glass will order Trump to restore the funds he stole regardless of whether or not Trump stole from PBS & NPR, even if he doesn't want to at all.
