As someone who deeply cares about animal welfare, I am heartbroken to see the current state of animal shelters in Massachusetts. Many shelters are overflowing, and euthanization rates are rising due to lack of space and resources. Woburn needs a new animal shelter to provide a safe haven for these animals and reduce the burden on existing facilities.
