Conservative Alison Hernandez is under investigation for electoral fraud as the agent for Kevin Foster MP in Torbay in the 2015 General Election. Her position as Police and Crime Commissioner for Devon and Cornwall is thus fatally compromised.

She should resign, or at the very least suspend herself from that role until all investigations and decisions whether to prosecute are finished.
