It is time for a change. The world is changing and people are changing yet why is the school system still the same?  Just because something is fine, does not mean it is right and should stay the same.  As our world is changing with new generations opening their minds, things need to start changing to grow with society.    

Lets make a better education system for the future students of Ontario.  School should be about learning knowledge in a way that suits you.  Not forcing students to remember unnecessary facts that teach them nothing about the real world. 

This is not a petition to change one thing wrong with our education system. This is a petition to make the people running our system realize that people want change.  THE WHOLE SYSTEM needs to be reevalulated at a different perspective.

 If the Minister of Education sees the amount of people who want to start seeing changes, they have to start making changes.  The Minister's job is to develop the curriculum, set the requirement for diplomas, policies and guidelines.  After changes are made by the minister, every school board must change their policies, which then means every school must change to abide to new regulations.  This process might take many years to reach every school, but this is a movement to change the schools of our future.  A place where our children's children and thier children's children can learn proper knowledge needed in each individuals life. If you would like to see changes in our school system, I ask of you to please sign this petition.  Share and tell your friends and families. Thank you.
