Golden Years Nursing Home provides excellent long term care and support for seniors and the disabled in Cambridge Ontario.  The present management has applied to assume the licence for the beds of this home with the purpose of closing the facility and moving the residents to other sites, some of which are outside the community.  This move would negatively impact the residents, their families and the dedicated employees of the home and reduce the available beds in Cambridge at a time when the need is increasing. We, the undersigned, call upon the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care to retain, maintain and upgrade the Golden Years Nursing Home at its present location at 704 Eagle Street, Cambridge, Ontario
