I am petitioning the North Bay Police Service, The Crown Attorney's office of North Bay, The north Bay Courts, The Ontario Court of Justice, The Gateway Hub and most of all The Nippising/Parry Sound District children's aid society, to please reconsider the current orders, stipulated by the North Bay Crown Attorney and Children's Aid, regarding Jeremy Allen Vega. I believe, and many others do, that Mr. Vega is a high risk offender, and that the current conditions that he has been allowed to live under, are far too lenient. Mr. Vega is free to have his daughter living with him. He is free to bring his daughter to and from daycare, where other children are present. He is free to bring his daughter to areas populated with children, ie, the mall, playgrounds ect. I have personally witnessed Mr. Vega going up to little girls, who are strangers to him, in the Northgate Mall, and using his daughter as speech tool to talk with the little girl, compliment her ect. I have seen this behavior. I have also seen other disturbing behavior by him, that has all been reported to the police and CAS. I am asking that his daughter come first, that his daughters safety trump all else, and that his case is looked over once again. Thank you.
