The election is coming and we need you to be sure to get out and vote!
The contract for policing between Windsor and Amherstburg has not been signed, and even if it does get signed before the election, there is a confirmed clause in the proposal and RFP that has been acknowledged in writing by The Windsor Police Services, stating that neither party will incur any costs to back out prior to a contracts effective date.
If we are to retain our forces and avoid the inevitable control of our policing costs imposed by The City of Windsor, we must vote in favour of revoking the proposal and any contract that is presented.
