Oneida County needs a new anti-thethering law. Dogs are being chained outside 24 hours a day. There needs to be a limit to the amount of time they can be tethered. Whether it is blazing hot or freezing cold this needs to end. Please sign this petition and forward to every animal lover or owner you know. Let get this law changed.
