James Scurlock was killed in cold blood Saturday evening during a BLM protest by known trump support and white supramist Jake Gardner. It has released that the Mayors Office and OPD will choose not to charge Jake Gardner with this murder even though there are multiple eye witnesses and video recording of the incidence.
